Remove a team from a collection using the Cerby mobile app

This article describes how to remove a team from a collection using the Cerby mobile app.

• Workspace Owners , Super Admins , Admins , Users , and Guest Users

As a collection Owner , you can remove a team from a collection. With this action, all team members lose access to the items within the collection.

To remove a team from a collection, you must complete the following steps using the Cerby mobile app:

1. Open the Cerby mobile app.

2. Log in to your Cerby workspace.

3. Activate the Collections tab.

4. Tap the corresponding collection card. A screen is displayed with the list of items inside the collection.

5. Tap the Settings() icon located at the top right of the screen. The collection details screen is displayed.

6. Tap the right arrow () icon from the Teams list within the Sharing section. The View teams screen is displayed.

7. Select the corresponding team from the list. The Change roles type screen is displayed.

8. Select the role assigned to the team through the collection. A drop-down menu is displayed at the bottom.

9. Tap the Remove access button from the drop-down menu. A confirmation dialog box is displayed.

10. Tap the Remove button. The screen closes, and a success message box is displayed.
