Export the entitlement assignments of your IdLCM integration

This article describes how to export the entitlement assignments of your IdLCM integration to a CSV file.

As a workspace Owner , Super Admin , or Admin , you can export and download the complete list of entitlement assignments from your IdLCM integration as a CSV file.

When you export your entitlement assignments, you receive a detailed snapshot of your users’ entitlements, including workspace and integration context, assignment information, audit history, and user mapping. This export provides you with an offline record to verify user access, confirm assignment accuracy against the upstream identity platform, and keep an auditable history of changes.

To export the entitlement assignments to a CSV file, you must complete the following steps:

1. Log in to your Cerby workspace.

2. Select the Integrations option from the left menu. The Integrations page is displayed.

3. Click the More options (

   

   ) icon of the corresponding integration. A drop-down menu is displayed.

4. Select the Settings option from the menu. The integration details page is displayed with the Settings tab active.

5. Activate the Entitlements tab.

6. Click the More options (

   

   ) icon located at the top right of the Entitlements section. A drop-down menu is displayed.

7. Select the Export all assignments option. A message box is displayed indicating that your entitlement assignments export is being prepared. A success message box is displayed when the export is downloaded.
