As a workspace Owner , Super Admin , or Admin , you can view the entitlements in your IdLCM integration and the users assigned to them.

Entitlements are specific permissions granted to a user or role to perform actions on a resource within an external app. Entitlements dictate what a user can do, for example, reading a file, modifying a database record, or viewing customer data.

The following are the actions you can perform when working with entitlements:

  • View the entitlements available in your integration

  • View the users assigned to an entitlement

The following sections describe each action.

View the entitlements available in your integration

To view the entitlements available in your IdLCM integration, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to your Cerbyarrow-up-right workspace.

  2. Select the Integrations option from the left menu. The Integrations page is displayed.

  3. Click the More options (

    ) icon of the corresponding integration. A drop-down menu is displayed.

  4. Select the Settings option from the menu. The integration details page is displayed with the Settings tab active.

  5. Activate the Entitlements tab. The available entitlements are listed in a table with the following columns:

    • Entitlement : It contains the name of the entitlement.

    • Details: It contains a small description and the entitlement ID.

    • Type: It contains the type of entitlement, such as repositories, packages, and roles.

Now you are done.

View the users assigned to an entitlement

To view the users assigned to a specific entitlement in your IdLCM integration, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to your Cerbyarrow-up-right workspace.

  2. Select the Integrations option from the left menu. The Integrations page is displayed.

  3. Click the More options (

    ) icon of the corresponding integration. A drop-down menu is displayed.

  4. Select the Settings option from the menu. The integration details page is displayed with the Settings tab active.

  5. Activate the Entitlements tab.

  6. Click the More options (

    ) icon of the corresponding entitlement. A drop-down menu is displayed.

  7. Select the Overview option. A side drawer is displayed with the Overview tab active. Under the Assigned users section, you can view the list of users assigned to the selected entitlement. The information is displayed in the following columns:

    • User : It contains the email of the users assigned to the entitlement.

    • Permissions: It contains the roles assigned to the users for that entitlement.
